Rational Islamic management (message – approaches – principles – ethics and applications) in a comparative framework with the concepts of Western management and Japanese management.

The Holy Qur’an and the great prophetic applications came with clear evidences and proofs of legislating the science of human management in a way that not all civilizations could come up with and they will not be able in the future.
The reason is that this knowledge is from God, Blessed and Exalted be He, and because it came purified and tested on the ground at the hands of our noble Messengers, Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and his four successors, so it became pure and pure from all defects and obstacles…. All you have to do, dear reader, is choose what you see from the chapters of the book to make sure of this fact.

In 1951 AD, John Foster Dulles (who became Secretary of State under President Eisenhower in the United States of America) described New Japan as having a great opportunity to control the continent of Asia through what he called – behavior and ideals – and today, after nearly forty years of that / talk Japanese supremacy has become a reality at the international level, not only at the level of the Asian continent. Countries took different positions. Some accuse it of conspiring against the economies of the advanced industrial countries. Some seek against it to curtail its success and limit its control. Others took the position of the intelligent student who tries to emulate it in its approach and policy. But all of them could not help but admire and be amazed at what this country has achieved during a record time.
Japan has become the second economic power in the world after the United States of America. Indicators indicate that it will occupy the first place in the next twenty years, if the rate of expansion of production continues at its current rate. What makes the picture more glamorous and dazzling is that excellence is not limited to industrial production, but is almost inseparable from all economic, educational, administrative, technical and commercial fields. In the field of economic development, Japan devised policies and methods that upset the prevailing balances and concepts, lifting them from the abyss of defeat and poverty to strength and prosperity. In the field of exports, I became the irresistible knight of the ring thanks to the methods and policies I followed. In the field of wealth and capital accumulation, Japan has become one of the strongest and richest countries in the world. In the field of giant multinational companies, Japanese companies are at the forefront of buying factories, farms, and real estate outside Japan. It started building factories, training workers, and exploring for minerals and oil outside Japan as well. In the field of financial markets and banks, Japan has become the second financial market in the world. In the field of educational policy, the Japanese experience has become a model from which developed countries draw and seek to adopt. As for management, the Japanese management style has become a school from which management giants in the United States and industrial Europe learn, and Japan is exporting its administrative methods just as it exports televisions and cars. In the field of traditional and advanced technology, Japan has become one of the strongest competitors. On top of all this, Japan was able to astonish the world with its people’s high ability to adapt in the face of crises and emerge from them stronger and more determined.
This country, which emerged from World War II defeated, shattered and possessed by forces of despair and despondency, All of its basic foundations were destroyed, and it was stripped of all its military assets, and it did not possess the most basic material requirements…, How did he achieve these miraculous feats? This is what we will try to answer in this book.

The fundamentals, skills, and core principles of successful management with stories of the experiences of leaders and managers who understood and applied well, so they succeeded and their companies succeeded, and others misunderstood, so they failed and their companies failed.

The aim of this book is to introduce management basics, principles and approaches in their simplest and easiest form. I found it appropriate and useful to present, in the context of talking about these basics, examples of biographies and stories of managers and leaders who understood and applied these basics well, so they succeeded in developing their companies and solving the pitfalls and problems they faced, thus achieving their own goals and the goals of their companies and countries, and they became examples of good leadership. and success…, In the same context, there were biographies and stories of managers and leaders who abused or were ignorant of the basics of sound management, so their feet faltered, their plans failed, and their resolve weakened, so they failed and their companies failed and lost their homelands.
At the end of this introduction, I would like to draw the attention of the honorable reader to the fact that this book included noble Quranic and Prophetic principles and approaches that established the science of management within multiple contexts, some of which are more than 3300 years old, such as the “total quality management” approach, as stated in the process of building the Dam of Dhul-Qarnayn, And like the approach of “management by consultation and honorable morals,” as it came in Surat Al-Imran, and many examples came in the context of noble Quranic verses and honorable prophetic hadiths, They are excerpts from our previous book, Islamic Management, with the addition of some clarifications that are commensurate with the developments in this book. I do not fail here to address a message to some Arab and Islamic personalities who denied the existence of any basics of the science of management in the Holy Qur’an or the Sunnah of the Prophet. They are people who are respected and respected. She may have some excuse in that ruling. But she has a duty to search and investigate… Perhaps I will be able to communicate with them through this book and the other book that was previously published…, This is our message to all of us in presenting what we can derive from our great Islamic sources. And let each of us exchange what he informs of thought, knowledge and commandments.
